Taking our annual BBQ theme to South America, Longview and La Dolce Vita present two ways to PLAY WITH FIRE! As a part of the Winter Reds Festival we'll be firing up the Asado! Come and join us at LONGVIEW for an indulgent long-table five-course feast with live Argentinian Asado. $125 includes first pour of "DEVIL'S ELBOW" Cabernet Sauvignon. Plus fireplaces and live music with museum wines and winter warming reds to purchase! An indulgent Winter feast where you can mingle with friends, chef's and whomever you like. WINTER REDS BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL MENU TO START • Wood grilled chicken hearts, aioli, chimichurri • Beef brisket pizzette • Smoked Coffin Bay oysters, wakame butter, tuna bottarga SHARED FIRST COURSE • Hot smoked salmon, dill potato, cornichons, egg salad, fried capers • Goolwa pipi’s, gummy shark XO SECOND COURSE • Smoked duck, cumquat, Reggiano, risoni SHARED THIRD COURSE • Whole asado roasted local lamb, pit roasted vegetables + condiments FOURTH COURSE • Nebbiolo roasted hills quinces, sweet polenta, almond meringue, mascarpone TO FINISH • Roast your own coconut raspberry marshmallows on the fire pit All dietary requirements catered for including a vegetarian option.
