Over the recent years the All British Day Committee has continued to improve the event for the enjoyment of all those who participate. Last year’s changes which we introduced to streamline entry and oval management, were very successful and will be implemented again this next year at our new and exciting venue.

We sincerely thank all club members for their cooperation in arriving punctually and parking quickly, with the result that there were no safety issues despite the record attendance of entrants and spectators.

We will continue with the vehicle arrangements as they were for last year, namely;

Starting time for entrants is 9.30 am – the Recreation Ground gates will be open from 9.30am.

All entrant vehicles must be in place by 11.00am and no vehicles will be permitted to move onto the grounds after this time. The gates will be closed to all but service vehicles at 11.00am.

Finishing time for the event is to be 3.00pm.

All vehicles must remain on the Recreation Grounds until the finishing time, and no Vehicular movement will be allowed until 3.00pm (unless in an emergency, in which case they will be escorted through the pedestrian public by appointed Marshals).

As was the usual in past years, the All British Day Breakfast will be convened between 8.00am and l0.00am at our new location at the Mylor Oval. The new, much-improved menu, will again be offered to entrants only at very reasonable prices, so why not include this on your Clubs program as part of the day?
